Complaint 131999 Details

I applied with this company for a $5000.00 loan. I was told I needed to purchase insurance in order to be approved for this loan to help provide collateral. I did as instructed and sent the money to the company and was advised I would receive my $5000.00 in my bank account 48 hour later. I waited 48 hours then checked my account and NOTHING. When I tried to call the company my phone number had been blocked from there office. I tried calling from my mothers and her phone number was blocked also. I sent a letter to the Missouri Secretary of State Office and have yet to hear back from them regarding this matter. I wrote a letter to this company and my letter was sent back to me. I am at wits end on this matter and am also still behind on many medical bills that I needed this money for. The $1561.91 would have been used for medical bills had I not been robbed of it from this company.
($1541.91 was for insurance and $20 was for all the copies I had to take and all the paper work I had to fax to this company which I still have all the copies of)
I was also told by this company that if I paid all my payments on time that after 24 months they would refund some of the insurance money to me.
I have Multiple Sclerosis so you can only imagine the bills I run up each and every month for Dr.s visits and my medications that this money that was stolen from me could be used for.
