I 'won' a 'free' auction for an Samsung ST30. They never sent it - with my consent -, they then promptly billed me a fee for a premium from my credit card, when I queried this they told me that I had signed up for and i have defaulted on the 3 month contract which told I agreed to the terms and conditions. I then told them that this was a scam and very deceitful, they told me if I cancel the contract before the 3 month period that I would have to pay a further $54 - which would total to a lump sum of S700 out of my pocket - and no product . Neither my bank nor our credit protection act seems to be able to assist me in getting a re imbursment.
