I sent them the money through Western Union(I wasn't in Canada at the time, I was in Pakistan). At first, they were co-operating very well, until they asked me and I quote,"Hello dear, Thank you again for shopping in our store.
How much US dollars did you send? And who is the receiver?"
I told them that their website asked me to send the money in Canadian dollars and then I told them the receivers name.
They replied with an unusual message and said that I was supposed to send the money to some person in China, even though, the web-site clearly stated that I was supposed to send it to Canada. They asked me to send it again to China and I said no because I had already sent the money.
After this conversation, they stopped replying and did not send me the items.
About a week later, I sent them a message again asking for an explanation, they replied with an unusual answer again, the apologized and said that their web-site was "HACKED" and that the hackers were trying to make the customers send the money to China.
I accepted the apology, but since I had sent the money to the right guy, I asked them for the items and they said that they will return me the money instead or if I wanted, I could select something from the store(They renovated it).
I said that I would like the money back. But they didn't reply.


Since then, they haven't replied.
And I haven't gotten neither my money nor my items.
I am in Canada right now and I really need the money.
I know the persons name and his address and everything.
