Once again I am receiving an invoice for advertising that I did not authorize. About a wk ago a representative from Online Public Yellowpages called demanding payment of this invoice. He then played me a recording of my voice but I'm sure some answers were dubbed in for I never, never authorized this service! I know that they had called a few months ago to verify name/address etc of our business but I know also that some of the recording is fake, they must have asked questions to which I answered "yes" and then put them in the recording when they asked about billing us. How can I stop being harassed by this company? And where can I make a formal complaint?
