I contacted support @grant assist.com on August 09, 2011 @8:46PM to inquire about the grant assistance program they provided thru he federal government. I received a booklet from National Media Group 869 E. 4500 S. #422 Salt Lake City, UT 84107 Phone # 877-796-1686 . The letter said I could quickly access NMG Funding Online Funding Resource Database (you will be billed $29.86 after 15 days and it will appear on your statements as NMG).
On August 17, 2011 my account was debited for $57.23. I called the company and was asked if I read the terms and conditions contract statement(which I know was not available, I would have never authorized $57.23, because I did not have the monies).
I explained to the customer service rep that I never authorized this transaction and he told me that I had 7 days to cancel, but I do not remember reading anything about a cancellation period. I have just logged onto this alleged website and I came up with this scam.
I never authorized this payment, my initial payment was $2.95
