CPR, with an address in Miami, FL is a definite SCAM and should not be sent any money, especially by personal check.
I received two letters in one day; one as a confirmation and the other as a time sensitive reply. I noticed that the certificate was signed but didnt have the printed name underneath. Also the 2nd letter was signed by a different signature and once again, no printed name. This is a definite sign of unprofessionalism and a scam. There are no telephone nbrs to call or an email address to ask questions about this "financial opportunity". Be advised, never reply to anything that U have not entered yourself into and do not send any money. If U win something, they pay U, not the other way around!
