I purchased the product online and received an order confirmation email and an order number and my credit card was charged in Chinese the equivalent value of the order though the claim is a 100% American. till now I have not received any shipping details, their customer support does not answer the phone after numerous trials and they don't respond to emails.

- this is a scam, call your credit card and report the scam, they can refund your money.
