Their website claims fast delivery on service. I purchased 10,000 gold from them expecting to get it within 10 minutes. And as promised someone logged on and told me to meet them to get the gold. However, enroute to this person, they logged out and i got a message from the company stating their "account got banned", to try back later. 4 hours later i checked back and after waiting 5 mins they eventually give me an automated response "we are out of stock now, try back later or tomorrow". Now 48 hours later i still have not received my gold. And when I asked to get a refund they told me to message the manager via email and that there were not any phone numbers to contact with. And I was told the live support could not offer me a refund they were only support.
