If this agency has had 476 complaints against it, why haven't they been investigated? Large brown envelope was received today but upon trying to get a telephone number to ask a few questions, all I got was that the telephone had been temporarily disconnected. I have also been informed that this agency preys on elderly persons who in some cases have sent the initial $20.00 but received nothing.
