I tried to register with bidracks web site as they advertised that they had PLAYSTATION 3's for sale. this is waht there add said...

Upon registering to there web site, I soon found out that
There was no play station 3's ., I even called customer support and they verified that in fact there were no play stations available at ALL.
I was upset and closed the window to there web site. later that day I tried to SIGN IN to there web site and was not able to do so.
I could not sign in my account. I called a customer support tech and they tried to reset my password. For some unknown reason, it won't reset!! I then told them that I didn't want to be a member anymore and the Representative said that I would not be able to receive my $99.00 refund. I was SHOCKED to learn like many other customers that they charge the credit card $99.00 for pre-paid bidding bucks. Apparently they do have it some were in there 6 pages FINE PRINT ,terms AND CONDITIONS.
The rep said I would have to e-mail bid racks cooperate office with my complaint / request. I did and they never got back to me....ever!!!
SO not only did they charge scammed me by making you think this was a free membership...but I cant even sign in to use the $99.00 in pre-paid bidding bucks...even if I wanted to.!!

I do not want to be a member or registered to there web site any more and I would like a FULL REFUND of the amount charged to my credit card.
