I purchased a GroupOn to have a bobble head made of my dad. I have been through the "proofing" process six times now. Each time I am allowed to give feedback and comments. I have given the same feedback all six times, but nothing changes in the proofs that have been sent. If you compare the proofs the head looks exactly the same. It appears that they are taking pictures of the same head for each proof. After the third proof I wasn't allowed to reject anymore. They wanted to charge me an additional fee! I wouldn't be as upset if I saw a difference between the proofs and it appeared that they were trying to make the changes based on my suggestions. I emailed the company and was given three additional proofs. I just completed my sixth rejection and am expecting that the next one will try to be an additional charge.

The proofs that I have been given look nothing like the picture I sent them. I am very disappointed. I have been rejecting proofs for over a month. This sounds like such a great idea and gift, but it has been a waste of time, money and energy.
