Att: Joanna Woods

Back on January 5, 2011 my daughter was approached by a male student selling your magazines. She ordered camping Life invoice #40406 for $50.00. Come July 12, 2011 we have not seen the magazine.

I called #940-324-3500 and spoke to Russell Wood. He told me he would pass the message to Joanna Woods. You did call me later that day. You said, “The magazine was not going to be published and you normally don’t call the customer. You wait for the customer to call and then supposedly issue a refund check.” I was told by you that a check would be going out on the following Tuesday 7/19/11. When I didn’t see the check I called again and got a person named Chase on 7/23/11. Chase gave me his phone #940-465-4763 and would get a hold of you about the refund.

Time has passed and I have not heard back from Chase and having to leave messages and even had a hang up when I called one time. The phone #940-324-3500 now seems to be a personal phone, not a business number now.
