ak services was commisson to make two living room tables, they had 3 weeks to do the job. One table was cut 3" too short, I ask for a replacement they worked on other jobs and then went on vacation. I receive one call in 45 days. On 8/6/10 I went into the shop to inspect the tables, the tables were spoted, my contract call for brown stain they insist on black paint to correct this. I took Alan Kaniarz the owner to court, he lied and got a judgement in his favor. During my dealing with this company , I came across imformation that he lied to the public and still using illegal tatics to cheat customers. I have documentation to verify these claims.

There was no bait and switch. Jerome Browning commissioned my company to make two tables for $1000.00. We made the tables from a drawing submitted by Jerome that had improper information. We made a table to this design which Jerome wasn't happy with so we made another at no extra charge. Before we stained the tables, Jerome agreed upon a stain color and signed the color sample saying that he approved. When the tables were finished and matched the color sample, Jerome didn't like the color he approved. I offered many solutions to correct the problem at my expense, none of which Jerome liked. We reached an impasse which resulted in Jerome suing my company in small claims court not once, but three times with three different judges and an arbitrator. Jerome lost all three trials with the judges saying he was unreasonable, crazy and beyond understanding. Jerome also assaulted and battered me in the court room after he lost his case. This is a dangerous man who in my opinion,doesn't have a firm grip on reality.
I have been in business since 1983, with many happy customers from accross the income range,and it is in my better interest to see to it that my customers are happy. I tried to do this in Jerome Browning's case, bending over backwards to come to a solution that would please him, but this proved impossible, I'm sad to say.
Both our sides of the story are a matter of public record. If you were to look into it, you would see that Jerome's side of the story posted here is one of falsehoods, prevarication and is totally unfounded. -
