MY GUESS IS THAT SHE IS THINKING YOU CANT PROVIDE THESE THINGS. THEN WHEN YOU ASK HER IS SHE GOING TO HELP SHE ASK FOR ANOTHER $150.00 AND THEN TELLS YOU SHE HAS TO FILE THEM AND SHE NEEDS $300.00....I WANT MY $150 BACK BECAUSE NOW IM HOMELESS WITH NO HELP FROM JO.
