I received several phone calls from a man initially identifing himself as part of a Federal government demographic study that qulified me to receive $10,000 . This criterior was based on a clean criminal record ,no bankruptices.His foundation was offering me a reward for being a good American citizen. The reward would come in the form a grant issued by the federal government.
I was then instructed to go to the nearest Wester Union;with-in 10 minutes, use the green form to send the verification fee of $200 alone with a picture I.D. to prove in fact that Iam the intended recipiant of the $10,000 cash amount. I was to remain in contact with John Smith via telephone for the next 24 hours. Within 24 hour I should expect to receive a call instructing me to return to the western union to receive the $10,000 alone with the ;now refered to as a "refundable deposit". In lue of me not having the complete amount of $200.00 after talking to his management they would allow me to send $100.00 if I could make it to The Western Union befor his office closed.
I realized that something was out of place but wanted to see how much information this group has on me.

I didnot send any money. How is it that a group with phone records can continue to hurt society relations?
