I received a email from this company , refused there offer after I realized it was not a loan company and it was a shopping card. Apparently even when you refuse the service they take it as a yes and take the money directly out of your account. when you call customer service they are extremely rude , after a half hour of arguing with this lady who I did call out on her attitude she stated she cancel my services and my account will be refunded when they recieve the funds. I explained to her that the check has cleared so they have received my money that they had stolen.
Today I had the pleasure of calling again due to the money still not being back in my account, I was told by another pleasant person that my money will be returned on July 2nd! due to it takes them that long to recieve the funds from their 3rd party merchant. who this idiot had no idea was!
