On Monday May 28, 2012 a young lady (Crystal Felton) the sales Person knock on my door selling books. We selected a book at a price of 123.95 plus 12.00 shipping and handling with down payment of $50.00 plus $12.00 totaling $62.00. And stated that the company would call before cashing my check, and we never received a call. However we tried calling several times and never got an answer and today we got a bill for the balance of $73.95.
