I sent for the slimvida and colon flow free trials which I duly received with an invoice that said that I would be charged £69.95 for each month I had the product . When I realised I could not afford that amount I contacted them to get a code to use with the return form. I spoke to a US advisor who was extremely difficult and tried everything to get me to retain the products and also tried to sell other products . Eventually after a long argument she gave me the code and I returned all the goods and relevant paperwork via the Post Office ( also paid to have it tracked ) Although purasilk took out £69.95 from my bank I was reimbursed for this on 29th May which I then though would canceled any agreement with them. Colonflow however then took £69.95 from my account on 20th June. This transaction was never sanctioned by me as when I returned the product sample I cancelled any agreement with this company. This also made me overdrawn and I also never received the product for this transaction. I have no understanding whether Colon flow & Puraslik are the same company I only gave bank details for a company under the name of slimvida. However I have spent many hours cancelling this agreement which has coursed me stress and upset. I am a disabled lady living solely on my benefits and have no savings . NB I have just phoned the UK number for this company and yet again got a US customer service advisor (MICHELLE ) who was most unhelpfull and said that they never received the colon flow return which is impossible because they were both returned in the same package with the relevant paperwork enclosed I also have the receipt for the special delivery , all that Michelle could do was say that I should FAX it through .
