I went on this site after seeing the ads and app on facebook. I cancelled my subscription and account, and was still billed for the past month. I don't think the members are real either. I sent several emails/gifts and they went unanswered.

All fees and charges are *nonrefundable* and there are *no* refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods.
Cant get more clear then that. The fact that u didnt get replies isnt zoosk's fault. Maybe the other members arent logging in or dont have interest in u. No dating sites gonna guarnattee that u'll get a response from ur emails. Thinkaboutit.
