Purchased a Nokia L120 on 7/27/11. Since it was purchaseed i was into the Best Buy store once a month until on sales person said why don't you send it in.Every time I went in I was always told something like the lighting was wrong, or was holding it wrong .Sent it in on the following dates 3/30/12, 4/23/12, 5/13/12 to what they claim was an authorized Nokia repair. They then told me to send it directly to Nokia, which I did on 6/4/12. Since then I tried to call Nokia to talk to a supervisor. The only numbers I have go to the same place, you are on hold for at least 30 to 40 minutes, they are in the Dominican Republic, and now the part is on back order. I would like either my money back or a new camera,. Elaine Dagostino=651-246-2222
