I received a call from a company called Omni Paper a few weeks ago. They rudely asked if I needed paper for a debit card machine that I own at my business. One of my employees answered the call, and next thing we know, a box of 12 rolls of credit card tape have been delivered. We received an invoice for that said we owed $248.68! The employee did not agree to have the rolls sent in the first place! We also received a charge from someone using a UPS letterhead for $33.75. We paid this, thinking that it would be over. Now, calls come in harassing us and asking us to pay in full. The last one, I answered, and refused to pay for the rolls and any fees. I said that I was going to return the box and all of its contents. The caller/employee said that he would not accept a return without the proper paperwork, which he was not going to give me. I then told him that I was NOT paying, he said that he would see me in small claims court in Canada, and I hung up. All of the phone numbers appear to be disconnected and the websites lead to sites with warnings of phishing scams. I do not want to pay this bill, and I want this whole situation, and calls to go away.
