I clicked on to get a sample sent to me a few months ago. I never recieved a sample, instead I got a jar of the product and they keep sending it to me, I have had NZ $70 taken from my debit card. I have e-mailed them twice now to complain and cancel and heard nothing back. The last jar I got I have sent back at my own expense accompanied with a letter telling them to cancel this or I will take the matter further. I told them to e-mail me to confirm the cancellation. They should have recieved the return by now but I have heard nothing from them.
