I also purchased x 2 Stone Roses tickets for Sunday 1st July at Heaton Park, I received a confirmation email with a purchase reference number and was advised that the tickets would be sent out via Royal mail post approximately 14 days prior to the concerts, this all seemed quite normal and I have to say the website was actually better than most but it seems I along with many other people have been duped. There must be some sort of procedure for compensation, this bogus company/individual obviously has/had a bank account, has anybody got any ideas about procedure?
