Auravie didn't state anything about this charge of $97.88 when I ordered the trial free kit. It was supposed to be shipping and handling only, the reciept they sent with the items stated s&h: 1.02, total: 1.02. Then I wake up to find my account -1.98, -2.98, -29.95 then -97.88. I called the number @12:00pm 6/14/12 after i saw the first two transactions and @ 9:30am on 6/22/12 once I saw the other transactions, there customer service line was closed and stated to call between 7am and 4pm pacific mon-fri. I went back to the site and found the terms and conditions, and it states that I need a RMA number for returns and refunds. Every time I called they stated that they were closed. False advertisment with a false customer service line. $97.88 for sample? How dare they?
