Ragingbid.com is shut down.

Scott Matthews aka Scott Randolph Matthews, the owner shut down the website 1 month ago. I am embarrassed to say that Ragingbid owes me over $26,000.
These are my wins that I paid for and that I have never received:
1. I am owed a Dell xps 3D, Lenovo Touchscreen, imac, Dell inspiron, and ipad valued at $6500.00
2. I am owed 4 Luis Vuitton bag including Artsy MM, Tivoli, Menilmontant and pochette valued at $4800
3. I am owed at gift cards and the Value is $850. Please note: I won a $150 icard and Ragingbid sent me an email with redemption information. I saved it in my email account until I was reading to use it. In May 2012, Scott Matthews, on behalf of Ragingbid.com “redeemed the gift card on my behalf and had the gift card sent to Ragingbid in May 2012.
4. I am owed a Frozen Margarita Maker, chi flat iron, Tiffany Heart Key Chain, and a bracelet valued at $1250.00
5. I am owed a Tag Hauer watch valued at $2300
6. I paid for a 2012 World Series trip for 2 including airfare, hotel stay, and 2 tickets for the 3rd game approx value is at least $4,000.00. I paid for the World Series item in October 2011 and have not heard any information about my trip since.
7. I paid for a Las Vegas stay at the Four Seasons/Mandalay Bay 4 day stay(Deluxe Suite cost is $950 per night) plus dinner for 1 night and show package…approx. value is $5,000.00. No information as to how I go about making a reservation. ABSOLUTELY nothing. Here are the announcements verifying that I was the winner of the World Series contest and also an NCAA tournament win: Please note, my username in this contest is itsminenow:
World Series 2012-Well everyone is at the edge of their seats wanting to know the outcome of the MLB promotion. What an amazing promotion it was! Two members went back to back with their picks- 11 games each in the first round, 8 games each in the second round decided by points which Kalyfrans won with an exact pick at 137 runs, the World Series ended just the way it did on the field itsminenow and Kalfrans boith picked the Cardinals itsminenow picked the exact number of runs with 68 kalyfrans 69. What amazing picks. Now their both going to next years World Series game 3 along with hotel and airfare provided by RagingBid.
My 2012 NCAA contest win was a 4 day trip to Las Vegas included: show, dinner and a 4 night stay at Four Seasons at Mandalay Bay in a deluxe suite.
8.Shipping that I paid value is approximately $400.00
9. CA STATE SALES TAX TO REPLACE IS: $1812.00
TOTAL AMOUNT OWED TO ME IS OVER $26,000.

This blog was right and I wish I saw it before bidding at Ragingbid.com.This blog is also correct to have suspicions about bidding at penny auctions and in Ragingbid in particular.

I bid against usernames that were unique to Ragingbid.com. In other words, my bidding opponents usernames never bid anywhere else. Of course, I should have known better, but at that time I did not.
I take responsibility in all this, my responsibility is limited because Scott Matthews is the criminal. I am the victim. THE OWNER OF RAGINGBID.COM, conned me to steal money from me.. He is responsible to send me my wins,AND HE DID NOT. I paid for the Dell xps 3D computer on February 10 and today, June 21, I have not received the $2200 Dell and $26,000 worth of winS that I paid for.

Some of you readers might think that I got my wins for low prices. It is true, I have won computers, LV handbags, and gift cards at luckychic.com,oohilove.com and scoreluxe.com at great discounts. At Ragingbid.com, I am embarrassed to admit that my auctions went over retail all the time and I routinely paid approx. 150-200% over retail.

I want my money back. I paid over $40,000 for $26,000 in merchandise. I take full responsiblity for the $14,000 difference. The facts are that I am still waiting for $26,000 after 4 months.
Ragingbid.com is closed. Scott Matthews is still stringing along bidders with empty promises.

I feel a responsibility to get my story out and expose Scott Matthew, President and owner of Ragingbids.com. Scott Matthews is a con man. He is a man who continued to run auctions through May 19, 2012 even though he had spent my money without delivering the merchandise I paid for. He held auctions from Feb. 10 until May 19, 2012 to get revenue for his BIG lifestyle.

I hope he repays me, even though I know he won’t.

I called, I emailed, I sent contact us messages at Ragingbid.com. Scott Matthews told me excuses that I know were lies. He told me so many lies…..Amazon Prime takes a month, a new version of the computer I owe you is coming out, you will get the computer soon, you will get your item by the end of the week. Paypal allows only 45 days to dispute a charge. Scott Matthews convinced me he was going to pay me, so I did not file disputes. My expired disputes cost me $10,000 and I will never be able to recover that money. I refused to accept the fact that Scott Matthews would cheat me. We were friends. He called me everyday. He set out to STEAL my money. He took money from me because he could.

I want him to repay the money he stole. If a bidder complained to ask about undelivered merchandise that they paid for, Scott Matthew cancelled their accounts at Ragingbid.com, even though he owed money to them.
Canceling accounts took away all account information. Account holders could not review their account information to know what they were owed. Account holders can not find out how many bids were left in their accounts so they could ask for a refund of bids.

At the end, Scott Matthews dreamed up more ways to steal from the bidders. He had days where bids didn’t count and were refunded later. He started a baseball World Series contest early so he could get as much money as he could. His last World Series contest started in October, 2011. This years started in April 2012. He had one purpose, to take as much money as quickly as he could from his bidders.

34 days ago, Ragingbid.com closed ” temporarily”. Ragingbid.com announced that they were updating the website and updating servers and announced they would be back in a few weeks. HA!

SCOTT MATTHEWS ABANDONED RAGINGBID.COM AND CONNED PEOPLE OF AT LEAST $100,000.

SCOTT MATTHEWS OWNS NOTHING. HE SAID HE WAS A MILLIONAIRE. HA!

HE TOOK AS MUCH MONEY AS HE COULD FROM ME FOR AS LONG AS HE COULD.

I bid against bots. I bid against miamimami, shashaluvsbids, Laurie64, a teacher, a nurse, dr.christopher, undertaker. None of these usernames have ever bid at another website.
All of this is true. It happened to me. I hope my story helps others.

Regards,
Diana Lee- (Personal Information Removed)
