I just found out that I am not the only one being tricked by this fraudulent company. So I ordered my free 10-day trial on 05/13/12 for 3 or bucks for S&H and received it a few days afterwards. I was kind of surprised like most people because it didn't seem like a sample but more like a set of products. I gave it to my mom and she used it and said it made her skin even drier. I didn't care that much about that because I assumed that it was only a sample and it was so cheap. Until yesterday I received my bill and my card was charged $97.88, I was like what the freak where did this money come from. I called the cardmember service and the representative told me to contact the company first, which I will do tomorrow because they're already closed now. I just searched online and found out that this is not a rare situation. I really want to know how to get my money back! It already passed the trial period and I believe that they're not going to give me the refund. Offer available while supplies last." I DIDN'T NOTICE IT BACK THEN! I already called the company and canceled my account, will they still ship me the products??? Please tell me what I am supposed to do now! AuraVie is what a scam!!! Besides that their products don't work at all!!!
