Sent for a free sample of cream paid postage and packing of £5.95GBP never received item then £69.95GBP was taken from my card and i still havent received anything. I did not authorise any payments to my knowledge other than my original £5.95GBP. I have not had any confirmation emails or conatct from the company. I have tried to contact on several telephone numbers but keep getting an out of office reply what ever day or time of day i make contact.
