This person sent me the same email as the the other person, than he said that he couldn't make the payment to his agent cause they just accepted credit card and not PayPal. He asked to do it throught Western union. I received an email from "PayPal" which is a scam cause I call PayPal and they said there wasn't any payment to my account.
Be aware of this Blake White and Christine Amos.
