I had order a DVD (movie) from Best Brand Values (BBV),hotmoviesale on 5/12/2012 which I paid for and never receive. I received a E-Mail stating that the DVD is unavailable "three" time, however BBV,Hotmoviesale has cancel my order. On the day of 5/18/2012 and 6/18/2012 a unauthorize transactions was made on my Debit Card account for membership fee by BBV,Hotmoviesale which I did not authorize.
Update: 06/23/2012
BBV,Hotmoviesale has sended my money back to my Debit Card account, after I call the company and complaint about the unauthorize transaction.
