This number keeps calling me. I normally dont answer numbers I dont know, but I am job hunting. I answered the call and there was silence, I said hello again and hear an automated voice say good bye. I called number back, to tell them not to ccall me anymore or I will report them. I was then, spoken to like I had commited a crime.

Thanks for the heads up! I haven't received a call from that phone number so far, but I have received a lot of calls like that from other different numbers. Unfortunately for you, you are job hunting and it's important that you answer anonymous calls since it could mean job.
What I suggest is that you do is contact your telephone company and have that phone number blocked so you don't get any more calls from him. -

I did a little research on that phone number and I got this page: http://www.callercenter.com/773-570-6321.html. Wow! There were actually several sites which had complaints associated with that phone number but from that one website alone, more than 20 complaints have been reported.
Can you imagine that? A prankster who has called and been reported by a lot of people already but still, he got away with it. -
