Complaint 1284 Details

I received an e-mail on 05/17/2011 & 06/14/2011 stating that I had purchased something to do with weight loss for 69.95$. They listed customer service numbers that which no one answered when I tried to call and stated what would appear on my banks statements. This occurance has happened twice for the exact same amounts except I was charged the second time, an additional 0.56$ cross border fee. I have researched it and have noticed many other people have received the exact email with the exact same charges. It states on both e-mails that I ordered this product on 04/10/2011 at 1:07:47 p.m. I have never even researched anything about a weight loss program or purchased anything on or around this date online. All charges total to 140.46$.
