I received my first shipment of marine D3 from the company. I signed up for the 3 months auto-ship at the locked in price of $75.00. I received this in a timely fashion at the beginning of this year. Well, the 3 months went by and I used all of the product only to find out that they didn't auto-ship another 3 month supply. I called the company and they didn't even have me in their system as a 3 month auto-ship locked in at the price of $75.00. I, stupidly, ordered another 3 month supply at this price on May 1, 2012. They invoiced my account on May 1, 2012. A month went by and I never received it. I called the company and they said it was on backorder. Now, it has been 7 weeks and I still don't have any product. I tried to call the company on June 20, 2012 only to get repeated busy signals all day long. I am out $75.00 with no product and no way to cancel the order and get my account credited.
