Complaint 128023 Details Scan your bills for fraud

I saw the tv ad and my girlfriend encouraged me to call and and aftrer order. I called and got the automated machine and after 20 min of confusing answers and a ton of no's over everythong else the want to get to sign up to I was given the conformation number. Still unsure of how many I had ordered I called their cust service and was?!!? told it would take up to 48 hrs for the request to go in and process. 2 days later fedex dropped off a package and although excited I was hocked when I saw the total amout I was charged, $29.98 for two orders(ok), $6.62 tax fee(ok), total $88.35, how did that happen?!! I called them back and was told there was a $50 shipping and handleing fee, I told them I wanted a refund for the full price and was told that was possible but minus the shipping. I will return it but one I know I will get the full amount, no get back $30 but still get stiffed out $50. Please help us get our money back!
