I ordered 2 little skin products that were bragging about the cream disappearing wrinkles....and they only cost very little each.
On the 21st May ReliftXS.com took off the equivalent of R42.50 off my account via my Visa Nedbank classic cheque card.
The other product mydrmscience.c also cost R42.50, was subtracted from my account also on the 21st May.
They also bragged about VERY fast freight delivery and I have not received anything.
On the 6th June I went onto their website and sent them another email through the website. BUT I couldn’t get a direct email address from the site, nor could I find a contactable number so that I could make direct contact....to tell them that I have not received any product and I have not heard anything from them.
Then on Friday I noticed that a further R847.45 has been subtracted on the 14th June 2012 from my account using my card under the title of: MYAGELESSDERMA...(with my card number following this).
I’m worried that they are going to ‘steal’ more money that I have not given permission for????
I pressed these FEDEX tracking buttons (scroll down and see the Invoices) and Fedex international could not find corresponding Invoice numbers...???

I then Googled these product names and discovered that other people also have been ripped off.

It seems that they can just go and take out as much as they want whenever they want???
I have had to immediately cancel my credit card.
Since then I have phoned up their call centre at a number my Bank's Dispute Department found. This call centre of ReliftX (also for mydrmscience and myagelessderm) takes NO responsibility at all that I have not yet received my products and they justify that their 24 day trail period rightly debited my account with R847.45 (South African Rand) as this 'trial period' starts from the day of order, whether or not the customer receives the products. They say that if I would have made contact with them they may perhaps have delayed the charging of R847.45....nevermind the fact that nowhere on the website at the time was an email address evident. When I said that I had in fact sent an email asking where my products were on the 6th June (well within the time of the trial period that I didn't know about) from their comment box within the site, he said that they did not receive my email.

The fine print of the rules was completely unseen by myself...strange that SO MANY hundreds of other purchasers also did not notice their 'conditions'. When the customer services chap I spoke to, sent me the website address, the page had definitely changed from the original one from which I had placed my order. Of course he denied this completely and yet on the sites religtXS and dermascience I see that they have been revised on the 19 or 20th June 2012.

The guy at the American call centre said that these 2 products had never been mentioned on the same website. I clearly would not have ordered 2 different products unless they were apparent on the same website (??? by co-incidence I choose 2 wrinkle products from entirely 2 different worldwide websites that are run by the same people??!!...please).

So I sit at this moment with no products having paid a total of R932.45.
I really feel quite hopeless to help others from this same experience about which one can do nothing knowing they continue to do 'business' as usual. It is pure theft that is allowed to go on and who is there to stop this from continuing??
The policing of this sort of activity is NIL. I'm so mad that they will continue to get away with it unless a buyer looks up on Google at the scam book. It spoils business for EVERYONE.
