I received a letter in the mail stating that my account was overdrawn by 52 dollars. The company took out 30 dollars and an overdraft fee occurred on my account. I have been calling this place for several days but to no avail. The only way was I was able to rectify the problem was to call my bank and dispute the charge. I am very upset. I received no loan from this place! I was looking online for a loan and this is how they got my information. Online payday loan places should not be able to get your bank account information until AFTER they approve your application for a loan. Things like this would not happen if the process was done that way.
