Needless to say, they have not contacted me at all, there's no contact or number available to find them, reach them.
I decided to reply to the previous email requesting for a contact number or person, and this is what they answered:
Thanks for emailing the helpdesk at Herbal-Nutrition.Net
Note, if you are emailing about HGH Ultra, you've reached the wrong website and have almost certainly been scammed.
The website from which you placed the order is illegally using one of our domain names for their reply email address. We are not associated with that company, and we are not responsible for their actions. Our best advice is to file a CHARGEBACK through your credit card issuer or bank, claiming fraud or theft.
I am one of the owners of the Herbal Nutrition Network - please feel free to use this email as an official company statement.
BTW, from everything we've heard, the company is a scam and will not ship products.

From what I see there have been many complains regarding "noreply" and the HCG Ultra. Does Fox News know this is a scam? I would imagine that Reliable News Channels should do a better research before advertising a product.Hope something can be done.
