Complaint 127758 Details

I received a package from eNutra on 6/19/12 that had a bottle of pills and no invoice included. A charge of $49.95 appeared on my credit card on 6/11/12 from Dlandsupport.com. When I called the phone number reflected on the charge, a man "Robert" of what appeared to be middle eastern or hispanic took the call. He attempted to convince me that someone who had possession of the card placed the order. He was advised that no such action took place, as I didn't place the order and my card is still in my possession. After much heated discussion, he finally provided me with a return address of: Healthy Choice, 1417 Dolgner Place, Sanford, FL 32771 and a RMA number to pay for return shipping. Last, "Robert" allegedly cancelled the subscription.
