I just read on your net about some lady taht got sammed the same way I did.I was contacted by phone by Goldstar Resorts.He said they had someone who wnated to buy my timeshare.I was told I had to pay 2,500 to cover the title search fees ecft,and that it would be refunded when the timeshare was sold.I was told I needed to make a decision,as the buyer wnated to close within 45 days.I checked with them on a reg basis,every week ande got an answer all the time.I was quite nervous and should have realized something was up.I was waiting for them to get the loan.Then they could not get the loan,so trhey wre trying to sell the timeshare at a big resorts timeshare convention July 4.I waited again.When I sudenly got mad and said they are scammers and I will look into their company,their phone was out of service..Carrie
