30 day back guarantee on product. requested a refund on 8-15 and have gotten no response. chose to cancel because of the fraudelent info provided by other consumers on web. it was $29.95 but when i signed up, it charged for $99.00 with a mail in rebate. this is not what i signed up for and i feel uneasy about it.
