This happened to me as well. They presented a check for $30.00 which made my account negative, then they told me they would give it back and I got a confirmation number and when it wasn't back in another week I called again and was told it was 7 to 10 days. Now it has been 14 days and I'm going to file claims with the bbb, the ag's office and the State of NH banking division. They seem to also have another scam going on with and foreigner that calls and threatens to put you in jail. That there are several charges against you. How can these people get away with this. I have made my account balance so low that no one is gonna pull that again. I don't think after reading all these complaints that I will get my $30.00 back, which cost me another 22.00 in insufficient fees. Fed UP!

Update: 06/19/2012

Just got off the phone with these people and they are saying that it will take 15 business days to return the money to my bank. I'm not going to hold my breath but if it is not back in my bank I will be notifying the BBB and other authorities.
