I was interested in buying a new Kindle and i did buy one the next day at Best Buy in Mt. Laural, New Jersey 6/29/2011
On 6/28 my wife learned about some place where you could go on line and bid for a kindle. I thought it might be fun and went to the website. Whatever exchange took place I am certain it did not commit me to any thing but a normal bidding process. The actual bibbing seemed phony from the start when they claimed the last three Kindles sold in the 10-11 dollar range. I quit but did deteer mine that I was no longer invoved. The monthly statemwent included the $99 charge under Bidrack and the phone #800 238 6195. after hagling they agreed to a refund and Emailed me a form to fill out My account has not been credited and after one ring a machine comes on and tells you this # does not exist.
