I received a call from Capital Lending Advisors in the last week of March 2012; I kept telling them that they were too good to be true.... but I fell for it because we wanted to keep our house. I spoke to Richard and slipped from his mouth that they had applied for Modification and not Refinance, but David Wuest took over the call and said, "I have promised you and we are going to do Refinance and not modification... so trust me and take small steps and we will get this done for you"
Every time I spoke to them they sounded very assuring, but then they stopped answering their phone. I kepts trying their number everyday every hour. Today 6/22/2012 at of 9:15am their phone# was working, but as of 11:30am it was disconnected.
Please be aware of these guys, especially David Wuest - he sounds VERY convincing but a BIG SCAM
I hope they with all the hard earned people's money that they have taken, they go nowhere with it & instead that money turns out to be a curse for them.
