I purchased a 105 bidpack. The website didn't even give me the opportunity to choose my product. After I entered my credentials it was over. I used about 20 bids and realized that I was bidding against robots. Before the day was over the 85 bids I had left on my account were gone and I never used them.

    If you were honest here you would share that the 85 bids you claim were "gone" were in fact REFUNDED to you.

    You were provided a refund for the unused bids just as you asked when you contacted BidCactus.

  • The only reason the money was refunded was because I got to the bank before Bidcactus could clear the transaction. They couldn't process the transaction because I shut off my card and ordered a new one. Bidcactus HAD to "refund" the money. Besides this doesn't change the fact that while bidding on bidcactus.com you are bidding against robotic bidders that never let you win. The website isn't that popular. This just goes to show you that there are modern day thieves among us. Bidcactus is highway robbery.
