MY HUSBAND JUST FOUND OUT FROM PARDONS CANADA THAT JOE BLACK NEVER APPLIED FOR A PARDON WHICH HE PAID FOR IN 2009. WHEN ASKED WHAT THE DELAY WAS, TWICE, JOE STALLED BY SAYING AN UNPAID DWI FINE WOULD TAKE 3 MORE YEARS. THAT'S WHY MY HUSBAND DIDN'T BOTHER THIS SCUMBAG. I FOUND THE STATUS WEBSITE FOR PARDONS CANADA 2 DAYS AGO. THIS SCAMMER DELAYED THE OBVIOUS, SURE; BUT IT HAS IMPACTED OUR MARRIAGE BECAUSE AFTER YEARS OF NO PARDON I SUSPECTED MY HUSBAND WAS INELIGIBLE FOR A PARDON AND WAS LYING ABOUT MORE SERIOUS CHARGES...AND IN THE MEANTIME THE APPLICATION FEE HAS RISEN $500...THANKS A LOT JOE!!!
