Reviewed my bank statement online and saw a charge of $39.95 from Terneckhelp that I did not recognize, then an email from that company stating "Your monthly automatic recurring order of Resveratrol (Rez-V) has been approved and will be shipping within the next 24 hours!" and ... "Your Credit Card was billed by: TERNECKHELP.COM"
That's how I learned about that company. Called them, and after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes a representative answered, I told her I got a charge and and email about an order, and I don't know their company. She asked for my email address, pulled up my information and said they Will Refund the Charge and I would get a 2nd email with confirmation of the Cancellation. I got the 2nd email, but states "When you purchased your health product, it was specifically stated that "All trial and/or monthly memberships will recur to $39.95/month if not cancelled within 2 days". Since your account remained "active" (not cancelled), it automatically converted to a full membership, the reason for the $39.95 bill" ... THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM... HOW DID THIS COMPANY GET MY BANK INFORMATION, MY EMAIL AND HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK???
