We were targeted by the well known scam Yellowlocaldirectory in March 2011. I disputed and denied thier claim and demand for payment of $411. A person named "Steve" who would not tell me his last name or operator number, threatened to send us to collections. I told him that I was aware of his scam and would file a complaint with the FTC, BBB, and states attorney. He tried to get me to say the word "yes" several times. He asked if I wanted them to cease and desist as his last attempt to get me to say the word, "yes". I finally hung up. We did not have any communication from them until June 5, 2012. We received a demand for payment and "collection notice" from CCRecovery via fax. I then recieved a call from a male from YellowLocalDirectory who would not provide his name and demanded payment. I hung up. I then recieved a call from CCRecovery agent Lisa Langford, who called herself Lisa Ling who demanded payment and threatened to destroy my credit, my business, and the credit of my receptionist. I told her to sue me and hung up. A few days later I recived a call from a person called herself "Sandra". She threatened me insulted me personally, threatened me physically, said she would do "..everything in her power to destroy my business...", and then resorted to physical threats against my receptionist and my family. She also attempted to get me to say the word "yes" many times. I demanded the "audio file" she claimed to have as the "contract". She said she could not release it. Then later said she would release it after I paid the bill. I hung up. Later that same day she call my receptionist and claimed to be my friend and tried to get my receptionist to give her more information and say the word yes. When my receptionist refused, she resorted to threats again. I have filed a compaint with the FTC, BBB, states attorney office, and econsumer.gov.
