I purchased a HP computer on eBay and there were choices for new computers and old computers. I clicked on new computer and paid with my debit mastercard through Paypal. When I received the computer I didn't open the box because it was a graduation gift for my grandaughter. I gave her the computer and 10 days later she told me it stopped working and upon calling HP she was told it was the hard drive and there was no warranty since it was an old computer. I contacted the seller and my 7days for contacting her was passed and she informed me I purchased a refurbished computer and she could not help me. I am certain I clicked on new and somehow I received a refurbished cp. The deadline for filing a complaint with eBay and Paypal is passed and all I have for $599.99 is a broken down old refurbished computer.
