I refinanced and bank of america had me negative in my escrow account .
i never missed a payment my high credit score and print out from them and my statement proves that . my taxes for school were paid from august 2011 to may 2011 and in my house payment plus a cushioning of 8.25 for 21 months was paid and all i recieved was 200.00 instead of 13,000 or more due to me . I had to refinance because i saw the were keeping my taxes that would have been due in August of this year of 1600 for school and my escrow account read negative " 38.00'. i want my money back.
this came out of my disability check. i just pre-paid taxes again and i want my refund
