WE LEFT OUR CAR TO BE FIXED FOR HAIL DAMAGE AT 5/9/12 ,CAR WAS SITTING AT SHOP WHOLE TIME THEY DID NOT DONE NOTHING ON IT EVERY TIME WHEN WE ASK OF WORK STATUS IT WAS ''GOING WELL BE DONE NEXT WEEK AND NEXT AND SO ON''LAST ON 5/24/12 WE STOP TO SEE CAR THEY STARTED ONLY ONE LITTLE ROOF RAIL ,WE REMOVED CAR FROM THIS NONSENCE OF SHOP OWNER HAD NERVE TO CHARGE 346.00 FOR THAT SO CALLED JOB ,THEY LOST SEVERAL FASTENERS ,TWO CLEANING PRODUCT MISSING FROM TRUNCK ,REAR BUMMPER CRACKED ,ANYWAY WE TOOK CAR TO BILL ETSCORN DONE ALL THIS FOR ONE WEEK FOR LESS MONEY AND GREAT STUFF.
