On this date, my mom had this amount electronically taken out of her account.
She has no idea who this company is, what they were about. She never gives out her banking information to anyone. The only money that is taken out of her account electronically is her insurance. We have called the phone number on the check several times and the person who answers always say he will call the company and tell them to put the money back in her account. This has been happening for over a month and several phone calls. My mom is 83 and have a very limited income. This has set her back and we are not happy, but don't know what else to do. I checked on line with the Better Business Bureau and their remarks about this company is not good. We don't know what else to do. I have a phone number for this company. 866-395-2021
